A picture may be worth a thousand words, but it never tells the whole story, which is why you should always try to see the colors and feel the textures of a luxury home’s interior design before you consider beginning a relationship with the design firm.  During Mediterra Naples’ Fall 2018 Model Home Showcase, you’ll have the opportunity to do just that.

During this showcase, which is open to the public, visitors will be able to pass through the luxury home community’s gates and enter each of the five luxury model homes built by Naples custom home builder London Bay Homes to see the intricate and carefully planned interior designs created by Romanza’s award-winning interior designers. The showcase is already in progress and will continue every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, ending Sunday, November 11, 2018.

Get a sneak peek of the interior design styles you’ll see during the showcase by reading up on the  five luxury model homes included:

Clara

The Clara is the largest available floor plan in Mediterra Naples’ Cabreo neighborhood, boasting three bedrooms and three and one-half baths in its 3,248 square feet under air.  Fully furnished by Michael Scott of Romanza Interior Design, the Clara features a modern, clean approach to the traditional with a Modern Classic design, light-finished furniture, dark wood accents, and soft blue and green accents, fabrics, and accessories flowing throughout the main living area. You’ll also see a touch of gray and ivory throughout the space with modern lighting fixtures to create this unique look.

Capriano

The Capriano is a luxury, two-story villa model featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms in its 4,402 square feet of living space. The home features a soft contemporary look created by Romanza Interior Design’s Jennifer Stevens, who used furniture forms, lighting fixtures, wood and metal tones, and bright accents of green, orange, melon, and yellow to create a tranquil environment in the home’s open spaces.  Gold lighting fixtures, a patterned area rug, and bright orange, melon, and green cushions add to the appeal of the unique contemporary design in the home’s main living space.

Catalina

The Catalina features 5,288 square feet under air with an inviting open floor plan blending the great room, kitchen, and café. Two Romanza designers tackled this beautiful home together to create a contemporary aesthetic blending rustic and eastern influences punctuated by Asian-inspired accessories and shapes.  The design included furniture styles with clean and modern lines, a mix of finishes, including wood, glass, marble and metal, as well as textural and tactile elements to complement the home. Tones of taupe, brown and off-white will provide neutral backgrounds for a color palette of deep bronze, plum and shades of green.

Isabella Two-Story

One of London Bay Homes’ most popular floor plans, the Isabella II, was expanded to include a second story that adds even more space and luxury than ever before in the Isabella Two-Story.  This 4,265-square-foot home was treated to a transitional interior home design by Jennifer Stevens.  Stevens created a stunning design utilizing mixed antique and polished metals, black and teal accents against white and neutral gray backdrops, and a mix of distressed and amarone-hued wood tones.  The home’s main living space provides an elegant entry into the home with metallic finishes in many of the home’s accent pieces, a three-tiered chandelier in the formal dining room, and satin brass and aged gold finishes in various furniture pieces.

Falerno

The Falerno is a fully-furnished Florida-style home with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious great room and dining area, as well as a nearby private study. It offers 3,257 square feet under air with a transitional interior design created by Romanza Interior Design that features neutral vanilla-toned backgrounds with amber, slate, and gray-toned accents.  This subtle design base is accented by extensive contemporary millwork details, rich metal and wood elements, and  textures that bring signature pieces to life.
