Karla joined our team with over 15 years of experience in retail and visual merchandising for large corporations, including Lilly Pulitzer. As Director of Business Development, she is responsible for meeting with prospective clients, learning and understanding their needs to ensure the best possible match with one of Romanza’s interior designers. Additionally, she supports the firm’s marketing and public relation efforts, establishing local connections and growing business opportunities. Karla holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing, as well as a ProCore certification. In her spare time, this history buff enjoys reading and her newly discovered passion, running.
